      ≥ 100 px tallEach person needs to be at least ~100 pixels tall in the image for reliable 17-point pose. That sets camera count and resolution.
      2.4–3 m, tilted 20–35°High enough to see over front rows, low enough to see knees. Never shoot straight into windows or mirrors.
      30 fps for reps, 120+ for speedCounting and reps need 30 fps. Sprint contacts and jump timing need 120–240 fps high-speed cameras.
      Same spot, same angleProgress over months is only comparable from a fixed, calibrated station. That's what makes a member's record trustworthy.
