See your room

Film 30 seconds of a class on your phone. We run it through Room and show you your own floor before anything is installed.

DAY 1

Install

We mount Room Kit, cable it and calibrate it. Room Core goes in your back office. Existing IP cameras can be added too.

DAY 1, EVENING

Connect

Your booking system connects in minutes, so check-ins, intro guests and memberships line up with what the room sees.

DAY 2

First class

Alerts go to the desk and instructors, the wall lights up, and HQ sees the first numbers. Playbooks start arriving in week 4.

What a camera can really do

Honest about
every rep.

Some things a ceiling camera does well today. Some need a camera at the station, a depth sensor, or a tag on the dumbbell. Here's where each one stands.

Bars show expected reliability from published benchmarks and our own tests, from 1 (research grade) to 4 (production ready). Weights come from tags, connected equipment or a one-tap confirm, never a camera guess. Heart rate comes from armbands. We measure each capability on your floor during a pilot before you pay for it.

No face recognitionMembers are recognized only when they choose to tap in with the app, a QR spot or a band.
No stored video by defaultFrames are analyzed and discarded on Room Core. Clips are kept only with consent, for a stated purpose.
No cameras in private roomsTreatment rooms and locker areas use Room Sense, which can't form an image of a person.
No selling member dataStudios own their data. The network shares anonymous patterns, never identities.
